## Summary

The education sector is constantly evolving and is heavily reliant on information systems to maintain its dynamic business environment. With the increasing pace of adopting artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, it has become imperative to identify and analyze the issues regarding their implementation in the education sector. To fill this void, researchers have identified the benefits and challenges of implementing AI in education, preceded by a short discussion on the concepts of AI and its evolution over time. One example of AI implementation is at WSIZ University where they plan to reorganize the signing of learning contracts by enabling their signing electronically via a link generated by the internal university system. Additionally, they plan to implement a voice guide for students with impaired vision that presents educational offers and discusses payment options. Another example is at WSB Universities where three administrative areas are planned to be fully or partially automated using AI tools such as AI Email Smart Answer, OMQ Reply, and Notion. These tools can automate responses to emails and eventually replace manual work. To explore these goals further, researchers collected and analyzed information sources obtained from Google web search engine and Google Scholar website using keywords such as “artificial intelligence”, “adoption”, “acceptance”, “advantages”, “disadvantages”, “implementation”, “deployment” , “education” , “benefits” , “challenges” , “risks” and "technologies". While there may be concerns about whether intelligent technologies will improve human work or simply interfere with it; researchers believe that solutions like business intelligence will significantly improve the quality of education processes while also assisting in acquiring new students. The obtained results will contribute towards better understanding specificities of AI systems , services , and tools paving a smooth way for their implementation in emerging university set-ups .
