Semantic Analysis of the Reddit Vaccination News Feed in the Reddit Social Network

Résumé : The notion of cognitive-perceptual and behavioral models of communication has been considered in the paper. The Reddit news feeds concerning pandemic consequence - vaccination - have been singled out for the semantic analysis. The latter has been conducted using linguistic explicit and implicit linguistic markers. As a result of the analysis, two cognitive-perceptual and behavioral models of communication - general vaccination perception and vaccination impact - have been revealed. In order to prove the manual analysis outcomes, automatic software counting words and providing concise linguistic information has been applied.
